    Thank you for the recent training “Passport to people management” as it was one of the better management courses I have been on.

    The course was good at tying together course content that I have previously done (appropriate behaviour, performance appraisals, training & assessing etc)  and how to implement this on a practical level with in the Thales framework.

    The facilitator (Yvonne Collier) really gets a pat on the back for her enthusiasm for the subject as it was the key to getting a class of middle aged men thinking they were kids at game time.

    One of the biggest benefits was participating with other Thales personnel (Mulwala) and using their experiences as scenarios during course content. Interesting to note they have similar experiences to us even though the core work is different.
